Making Corpse Heads!

You can take a lot of pride in your haunts by making props. Buying "Mr. Thrifty" plastic skulls allows
the artist to start with a canvas that you can build up to "just dead" or "rotting".

These were built up by gluing of all things....adult diapers. The sides of the diapers are ribbed ( no not for pleasure )
and make the jaw line look more realistic. Also when you use diapers, there is cotton backing that can be used to make skin. I used latex from www.cementex.com.  I carved foam rubber for the neck, and coated it with the latex.

Painting these is a skill, and you need patience to get the color just right. Experiement on some latex covered foam rubber first to see if the color looks right, when it dries, and it looks good proceed painting.

This skull is going to be used in a barrel prop, like what "tarman"  was released from. I will post the finished
product when I am done...

These two are a husband and wife team, looks like teachers at "westside union"

These will be used in a yard haunt, with clothes more fitting a burried corpse. Look for the posted pix later...

Go down in the basement...nothing there can hurt you........
